More Things You Should Know

• Visitors are required to undergo a body temperature check at the lobby upon entering Waterboom Bali. Visitors with a body temperature below 37.3 °C are safe to enter and visitors with a body temperature of 37.4 °C will be asked to sit in the first aid area for 5 minutes and will have their temperature retaken by the nurse to ensure that their body temperature has dropped to be allowed entry. Visitors with a body temperature of 37.4 °C and above will not be permitted to enter.
• Visitors who are not permitted to enter due to high body temperature can reschedule their visit date.
• During peak season, Waterboom Bali might close the gate when it’s over-crowded for some hours and will re-open the gate when it is already less crowded,
